ApproachDesign philosophy
Pull as much data as possible, process it into a new perspective, and keep the platform modular enough that the data can be parsed globally.

The idea
The idea was to pull as much data as possible and use that data to make accurate predictions for every player and every fixture. There is a lot of data to process, so to make this with accessibility and intuitiveness was a fundamental I’ve tried to stick to. The data comes from two main locations in its current phase and is processed to provide a new perspective on team and player performance.
The back end
On the back end, it was important to have the platform modular so that data can easily be parsed globally across the site and to allow for a scalable design.

- Data density
- There is more data here than a page can show at once. The interface answers it with clear containers, colour, spacing and separated views rather than by showing less.Explained in The interface
- Modular
- Data is parsed once and made available globally across the site rather than re-fetched per view, which is what allows a new view to be added without a new data path.
